I have always believed that buying a home should be an exciting experience- not an overwhelming one. Before becoming a real estate agent, I spent close to 20 years working in builder design studios helping homebuyers navigate floor plans, design selections, and countless decisions that come with building a new home. Throughout my career I had the opportunity to work with thousands of buyers, and have gained a unique perspective on the homebuying process from the inside out. What I learned during that time is that many buyers feel overwhelmed by the decisions, timelines, and information coming their way. Between choosing a community, understanding contracts, evaluating upgrades, managing budgets, and preparing for move-in, it can be difficult to know what questions to ask or what decisions matter most. My goal is to help simplify the journey, answer questions along the way, and provide genuine guidance that helps clients make confident decisions every step of the way. My experience has given me a unique perspective on both the homebuilding process and the importance of creating a home that truly fits the way you live.
